Warranty Policy

Dear customer, thank you for your trust and interest on AK POWER and our products. We assure that you have purchased high quality product from us; each battery has been tested before shipment. And we have the following warranty policies for our products.

  1. Warranty

Basic Condition: we provide warranty for bad quality performance since you already use the batteries according to our manual instructions.

Details: for 3.2V prismatic cells, there is three years warranty from the date that you place the order;

For battery packs like 12V, 24V, 36V, there is five years warranty from the date that you place the order;

For energy storage systems like 5kwh, 10kwh, 15kwh, there is 10 years for warranty: including 5 years replacement for faulty sets and 5 years for technical support with parts repair.

For solar panels and inverters, please refer to the warranty rules on the manuals included.

  1. Procedures for Warranty Claims

We will response to customers’ complaints within 1 hour; and our engineer server will analyze the problem according to your description. If there is only issues about wrong operation, we will teach you how to operate the battery correctly and send you instructions again;

If this issue can be solve by technical support after overall analysis, we will arrange the support within 12 hours;

If our product still can’t work normally, the consumer finished completing all testing procedures, and both sides confirm this problems, we will arrange battery return and money refund or send a new one for replacement, both choices will be provided.

  1. General Claims

This warranty will only be valid for original Purchasers. End users have to go through the original Purchaser to claim a warranty. Original order information is necessary to claim the warranty.

The warranty does not cover failures resulted from incorrect operation, unusual modifications or incorrect installation, or mankind damage. It is also not covered by the warranty if the consumer fails to install, use and maintain the product correctly according to the manual instructions, which caused serious quality problems.
