1. How fast can my order be delivered?

If there is no custom requirement, AK POWER can arrange shipment within 3-5days; bulk order will be shipped by sea and samples can be by air; our business colleague will provide you choices of shipping methods based on your receiving address.

2. How long will the shipping take?

Dear customers, the shipping time depend on several factors. Firstly, sea shipping will take about one month to arrive the port, and final delivery time depend on local environment. Usually, by air will be around one week to come. We will keep you updated of the shipping progress to the email that you provide.

3.Can I choose my own shipping forwarder in China? Or collect the batteries from you Directly?

Yes, of course. If you have forwarder in China. Just tell us their contact infr and we will arrange inner shipping to them; of you can tell the forwarder to collect the goods from us. Any choice depends on you. AK POWER only provides the most convenient way for you.
